Melon Fresh History
On 1-1-2006 I brought out Melon Fresh, everything worked perfectly, the new stuff I had learnt and everything that I wanted to achieve happened, and the bandwidth and the amount of people visiting the website increased. Everything was going fine until a hacking, using my uploader, deleted all files that were in the uploads folders, including the forum. This lead to me losing all the downloads on the forum and all my sims 2 downloads. I then closed the forum for about 5 days, trying to get all the files back, but I couldn\'t they were gone. I then went back to the forum, made sure everything was safe and opened it back up and changed the header a bit and added a new cash mod. I then started making some more Sims 2 content and announced that Arenia was the winner of the re-colour competition, I then decided to start on Melon Fresh 1.5.

Melon Fresh Version 1.5, it is called 1.5 because v2 (expected 2007) was in production, but I wanted to organize everything before that and make my site more secure. I then took the notion that I would use the melon Fresh V2 template, so that when I did change to Melon Fresh V2, there would be that difference.

So this is Melon Fresh V2, the whole new design and system from V1.5 there have been over 6 Beta templates loads of different ideas about what to have in V2. So I decided to re code the whole site from the start with a whole new database system, this page is all database the navigation, the header even the main code since it is in a template table. I decided to make it completely database controlled due to the fact it is easy for me to add an update, for users to post sims 2 updates and to allow me to make changes any where I like to a degree that is.
